El Noi del Pa Sense Gluten is an artisanal bakery in the heart of Barcelona that redefines the gluten-free experience. Its proposal combines traditional techniques with natural ingredients to offer products where taste and texture are the protagonists.

My goal was to transfer that warmth and honesty of the bakery to the digital environment, creating a platform that not only sells but communicates the brand’s values of proximity and quality.

The Challenge (Problem)

The client had an excellent product but lacked an online presence to match. They needed:

  • A digital identity that reflected their authenticity and values.
  • A visually attractive catalog that facilitated navigation.
  • A robust and self-manageable online sales channel (e-commerce).
  • Centralizing digital demand without technical complications for the team.

The Strategic Process

  1. Immersion and Strategy: Brand meetings to define the narrative and audit of the gluten-free sector.
  2. Information Architecture: Organization of contents and stock using Notion.
  3. Art Direction and Photography: I performed the full editing and color correction of all product photographs, seeking a natural and appetizing aesthetic that conveyed freshness.
  4. UI/UX Design: Prototyping in Figma focused on accessibility and a warm aesthetic.
  5. Development: Implementation in Wix with advanced e-commerce configuration and responsive optimization.

The Solution

A 360º digital platform designed to convert visitors into recurring customers:

  • Visual Narrative: A “Home” and “History” section that connect emotionally through careful imagery and friendly copy.
  • Smart Catalog: Intuitive classification (bakery, pastries, and cakes) for quick shopping.
  • Optimized E-commerce: Secure payment gateway and simplified order management.
  • Total Autonomy: Final structure delivered so the client can update stock and texts without depending on third parties.

Omnichannel: Glovo Integration

To boost the business’s reach, I scaled the project beyond the web through integration with Glovo:

  • Market Expansion: Opening a new sales channel for users accustomed to delivery.
  • Catalog Management: Adaptation of descriptions and prices to the platform’s specifications.
  • Direct Conversion: Inclusion of strategic CTAs on the web to redirect traffic to the quick delivery channel.

Result: A digital ecosystem that multiplies touchpoints with the customer and professionalizes sales logistics.

Lessons Learned

  • Co-creation: Involving the client in the content phase from the start reduces friction and accelerates launch.
  • Realistic Design: Adapting the design to the technical capabilities of the platform (Wix) ensures a polished and functional final product.
  • Effectiveness over Complexity: In local businesses, simplicity and clarity in navigation outweigh any visual gimmick.
  • Empowerment: Post-delivery training is essential for the client to feel real control over their online business.
